Rail Elastic Clip

The rail elastic clip is used for fastening the rails and the tie plate on concrete sleeper. Using the material of forged spring steel, our rail clips are produced by hot forging process. Furkey can develop and produce various kinds of rail clips such as E-type (E1609, E1809, E1817, E2007, E2009, E2055, etc), SKL tension clips (SKL1, SKL3, SKL12, SKL14, SKL75, etc), PR series, Nabla clips, D type rail clip, Fast clip, gauge lock clip, Deenik clip as well as other standard and non-standard clips can be customized by drawings or samples.

Selecting of Raw Material:We choose premium strong strength grade steel as raw material for producing rail clip, the steel is reliable and from certified long term producer.

Shearing:The spring steel need to be sheered to specified length

Heating:The sheared rods are heated to the 950℃to 1000℃, but the workers must pay attention to check the decarburization.

Forming:The heated bar is transferred to power press for forging, and then be transported to the quenching tank for quenching and tempering.

Inspection:the clips are checked for the dimensional accuracy and quench hardness by the inspection facility.

Surface Treatment:The surface can be oiled or other color according to the requirement of customers.

Packing:Plastic bags and wooden pallets or other packing way according to clients' requirement.
