What are the preparations before the operation of the chemical pump?
The preparations before the operation of the chemical pump include the following:
1. Check the maintenance records, confirm that the data is correct, and prepare various record forms for the use of the pump;
2. Clean the area around the pump;
3. Check whether the anchor bolts are loose, whether the motor grounding wire is good, and whether the inlet pipeline and auxiliary pipelines, components, and instruments are intact;
4. Check whether the coupling connection is good and whether the wheel cover is well connected; check the direction of the prime mover before connecting the coupling, and connect the coupling after it is consistent with the direction arrow of the pump.
5. Check whether the amount of lubricating oil in the bracket is appropriate (the oil level is about 2mm from the center line of the oil level gauge) and whether the oil level gauge is intact. Add qualified lubricating oil to the bearing part, and the oil level should be at 1/2-2/3 of the oil mark;
6. Check whether the cooling system is unobstructed;
7. Check whether the oil sealing system is normally put into operation. The oil sealing pressure should be 0.05-0.15MPa higher than the pump inlet pressure;
8. There should be no jamming or abnormal noise when turning the wheel;
9. For high-temperature pumps, they should be fully preheated, and low-temperature pumps should be precooled;
10. When the pump is used in the suction state, the pump should be filled or vacuumed before starting; when the pump is used in the backflow state, the pump should be filled with the conveyed liquid before starting, and after the air in the pump is removed, the gate valve of the discharge pipe should be closed;
11. Contact an electrician to check the motor and supply power;
